Rebekah Svadlenka
PMHNP
Rebekah, PMHNP-BC is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who cares for children, adolescents, and adults. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bemidji State University. In addition to Idaho, she has practiced in Minnesota and Florida, treating patients across the lifespan.
Rebekah began her healthcare career at 16 as a Certified Nursing Assistant and has worked in long-term care, primary care, medical-surgical units, labor and delivery, and emergency services. Her passion for psychiatric care took root in the emergency department while supporting individuals in acute mental health crises. She chose the Boise area after visiting Idaho with her husband, who was previously stationed at Mountain Home Air Force Base.
Committed to an inclusive, welcoming environment, Rebekah is especially passionate about neurodivergence—with a particular excitement for partnering with people who live with ADD/ADHD. She loves helping patients translate symptoms into strengths, dial in individualized medication management, and build practical systems for school, work, and family life. She continues advanced training focused on ADHD and autism spectrum conditions and encourages integrating therapy with medication to support long-term quality of life. While she sees all ages, she has extensive experience with children and adolescents from her years in Florida.
Outside of work, Rebekah enjoys backpacking with her husband and their dogs, mountain biking, snowshoeing, walking the Greenbelt, exploring new foods, and lifting weights. A future goal on her list: finishing sections of the Pacific Crest Trail in Northern California and Washington.
