Rebekah Svadlenka

  • PMHNP

    Rebekah, PMHNP-BC provides psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bemidji State University. She has practiced in Idaho, Minnesota, and Florida, caring for patients across the lifespan.


    Rebekah began her healthcare career as a nursing assistant and has worked in a variety of settings, including primary care, emergency medicine, labor and delivery, and inpatient nursing. Her passion for mental health developed through caring for individuals experiencing psychiatric crises and has grown into a dedicated focus on helping people improve their quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based treatment.


    She is especially passionate about working with individuals with ADHD. Rebekah enjoys helping patients understand their strengths. Rebekah is committed to creating a supportive environment where patients feel included, respected, and validated in their mental health journey.

    Jeremiah Clark, PMHNP-BC, is a dedicated and board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at MAP Boise. With extensive experience in mental health care, Jeremiah specializes in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and evidence-based treatment strategies tailored to each patient’s unique needs.



    Passionate about improving mental health outcomes, Jeremiah takes a patient-centered approach, fostering a collaborative and compassionate environment. He works closely with individuals facing a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma-related disorders. His expertise in psychopharmacology and holistic treatment planning ensures that patients receive well-rounded, personalized care.
